What Is Plastic Surgery Malpractice?


Plastic surgery malpractice can include any type of serious injury or death, which was caused by the negligence of a plastic surgeon or any of the staff. Injuries can include brain damage, disfigurement, blindness among many other injuries or damages.

Plastic surgery is a surgery often performed to improve the appearance or to change a person’s appearance although reconstructive surgery is also considered plastic surgery.

Plastic surgery accidents can include not only the negligence of the physician or the staff but may be due to defective equipment. The problems that can occur with plastic surgery can happen to any person at any time, but this does not mean you do not have rights.
